*there are many organizations that hold meetings for gambling addicts.  Some are 12 step based, some are fellowship based, some non religious, some therapy based. find a meeting that is right for you.  meetings are proven to work!

*do you think you may have a gambling addiction but you are not sure if you really meet the criteria?  take one of the  self-administered screeners to determine your level.

*podcasts are a great way to learn more about gambling addiction, distract yourself from gambling urges and hear honest stories from other gambling addicts.  With such a wide array of podcasts out there, there is bound to be one that keeps your attention
